(733) MILWAUKEE BUCKS
(734) NEW JERSEY NETS
Take "(733) MILWAUKEE BUCKS"

After playing a string of strong teams, the reeling Bucks catch a break against defenseless New Jersey. "We played hard during that rally and tried to get back in it," said Bucks coach Scott Skiles after a loss to Miami. "We double-teamed the ball a little bit and were able to create some turnovers. It's just that playing from such a deficit again, it's very difficult to come back and beat a good team." New Jersey is on a 2-7 SU, 3-6 ATS run. The Bucks are still in this playoff race and will be focused. Play the Bucks.

(733) MILWAUKEE BUCKS
(734) NEW JERSEY NETS
Take "(734) NEW JERSEY NETS"

Nothing on the line tonight as the Bucks face the Nets. Both teams are effectively out of the playoff chase, but there is one standout stat here. New Jersey has completely dominated the Bucks over their last ten meetings, including a perfect 5-0 SU/ATS ledger when hosting Milwaukee. I'll back the series history and go with the Nets tonight.

20 DIMER - OREGON STATE BEAVERS....10 DIMER - NEW YORK KNICKS
20 DIMER - OREGON STATE BEAVERS

Oregon State has enjoyed the "home-cooking" in a big way in this CBI Tournament, as they have gotten to this best-of-three championship series by winning ALL 3 of their home games, the last pair coming in overtime against Vermont, and conference rival Stanford.

I will ride the Beavers one more time at home against a UTEP team that has played 2 of their 3 tourney games on the road, and may be just a little out of sorts having to play at Richmond last week, and now up in Corvallis for this one.

The Beavers have covered 9 of their 15 lined home games, and the G-Man will ride them again in this one, as they head to UTEP on Wednesday off the home win.

Take the Beavers.

10 DIMER - NEW YORK KNICKS

With just 1 straight up win in their last 8 games, one would think the Knicks are a go-against tonight, but the G-Man begs to differ.

New York sports some money-making numbers in this series, winning 7 of the last 9 straight up, covering in 8 of those 9, including 8 in a row!

The Knicks are also 19-7-1 against the spread their last 27 road games, while the Jazz are on a 2-6 spread run their last 8 games.

I will take the generous points, as the Knicks stay close in this one.
Today's Complimentary Selection

Sunday winner on the Raptors, now 6-0 the last 6 days for free!

As bad as the Nets have been of late, the Bucks have been worse.

Milwaukee comes into this one having lost 5 straight, and 10 of their last 12 straight up, while going just 1-11 against the spread in those 12 games.

In the series, Milwaukee is a dismal 2-8 straight up the last 10 meetings, and just 3-13 against the spread the last 16 tilts, failing 7 in a row.

New Jersey has had to play a home-and-home against the Cavs, and followed that up with a game against the Lakers in their last 4 outings, so the G-Man thinks the step down in competition will be just the recipe for this slumping Nets team.

Lay the wood here.

New week and SSG had a 2-0-1 night in NBA. Big 9* win on the OVER in Wash.Indiana game. Tonight they have two GUARANTEED plays on the NIT games. I am posting the 9* Game of the week

Notre Dame v. Penn St 9:20pm
Notre Dame has seemed to squeak their way through this NIT tournament with some not so impressive wins at home. Penn St has been on the road and made it to MSG and getting 4 in this game. Take the points with a team that has been pretty impressive on the road.
PICK: Penn St +4 Game (9*) GOW

Tip of the Day - March 30, 2009

Today's TIP OF THE DAY:
Sport: NCAA Basketball

Game: 10:00PM CBI: Texas El Paso Miners vs. Oregon State Beavers

Prediction: Texas El Paso Miners

Current Line: -1

Over/Under: 132

Reason: The Texas El Paso Miners and the Oregon State Beavers will both be trying to pick up a win on Monday when they battle at Gill Coliseum in the first game of the championship series of the CBI tournament.

Oddsmakers currently have the Miners listed as 1-point favorites versus the Beavers, while the game's total is sitting at 132.

Stefon Jackson scored 34 points in leading Texas El Paso to a 81-69 victory over Richmond in the tournament semifinals last week. That game's 150 points made it OVER the posted total of 143.5.

Randy Culpepper added 19 points for Texas El Paso in that win.

Oregon State advanced to the championship with a 65-62 upset over Stanford in OT last week. That game's 127 points went UNDER the night's posted total of 128.

Lathen Wallace tossed in 16 points from 5-for-8 shooting, and Roeland Schaftenaar added 14 points in that win.

Monday ... 10 Dime Oregon State

FREE - Miami Heat (See daily video for your analysis)

Analysis due back by 4 p.m. eastern

NOTE: The big picture. I absolutely had to have a winning week last week to put myself in position to get the winning month of March. Well I did just that and with this 10 dime winner on Oregon State it will be a winning month. Sure it helped by hitting my biggest college basketball play of the entire year with the 50 dime winner on Villanova destroying Duke Thursday. Truth be told, I feel great things happening this week and especially at the final four starting Saturday. So get ready for top play winner #8 of the last 10, winning day #8 of the last 10 and close out the winning week in style and lock up the winning month.

NBA

New Jersey (-3.0 -110)

The Bucks are in free fall. They are 2-10 in their last 12 games, 1-11 against the spread. Milwaukee has lost its last seven road contests.

New Jersey hasn't been playing well either. Its loss at Minnesota on Sunday was especially bad.

But prior to that, the Nets had played the Lakers and Cavaliers twice.

I don't see the Nets losing back-to-back games against the Timberwolves and Bucks.

The Nets are home and have a talent edge with the Bucks missing Michael Redd and Andrew Bogut. This will be Devin Harris' third game back since returning from an injury. He should be in better sync with his teammates.
